The craft of decisive change
Maven Helm partners with leadership teams worldwide to set direction, modernise operating models, and turn technology into advantage that shows up in the numbers.
(01) Who we are
A helm is the point where judgement meets direction. We take that seriously.
Maven Helm is an independent advisory firm built on a simple belief: strategy that cannot be executed is just an opinion, and technology bought without a thesis is just cost. We work at the join between the two: close enough to the boardroom to shape the decision, close enough to the delivery floor to make it stick.
We work with organisations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, from our headquarters in Colombo. Our teams are small, senior and accountable. You will not be handed to a junior bench after the pitch.
(02) Capabilities
Six practices, one engagement model. Most mandates draw on two or three at once.

(04) Approach
Three phases. Each one ends with a decision you can defend, not a deck you have to translate.
Step 01
Framing the real question before answering the convenient one. Evidence gathered quickly, assumptions made explicit, scope agreed in writing.
Step 02
Options, not a single recommendation. We show the trade-offs, cost the paths, and let the board choose with its eyes open.
Step 03
We stay for the part that is hard. Value is tracked against the baseline until the organisation can run it without us.
